There is only one true God, perfect and eternal,
existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- Jesus Christ, true God and true Man, was conceived
by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. After
living a sinless life on earth, he died to pay the
penalty of sin, arose bodily, and ascended to Heaven
where, serving as our great High Priest, He is now at
the right hand of God the Father. He will return to
earth personally in power and in great glory.
- Sent to convict the world of sin, God the Holy
Spirit indwells, guides, teaches, and empowers each
believer to live a life that is pleasing to God.
- Written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit,
the Bible is the infallible Word of God and the final
authority in all matters of salvation, faith and
conduct.
- Because of man's original fall into sin through
disobedience, all people are born with a sinful nature,
separated from God, and can only be saved from the
penalty of sin and restored to a relationship with God
through the atoning work of the Lord Jesus Christ.
- Salvation is by God's grace alone, freely offered to
all who will repent of their sins and receive Jesus
Christ by faith as their personal Savior and Lord,
making them children of God.
- All who obtain salvation will be granted everlasting
joy with God in heaven, and the unsaved will undergo
eternal punishment and separation from God.
